An outdoor cook station tied to the covered patio — extending the kitchen footprint outside for event-night service and everyday grilling.
Concept — Under Review
The outdoor kitchen sits adjacent to the covered patio, giving the main floor a second cook zone outside the main kitchen — grilling, warming, and prep space that keeps smoke, heat, and extra event-night cooking traffic out of the indoor kitchen entirely.
This is a newly added zone to the main floor plan — layout, equipment, and reclaimed-materials sourcing are still being worked. Expect this to pull from the same pickup-day donation pipeline as the indoor kitchen once specifics are locked.
Everyday Use
Grilling and casual outdoor cooking for guests staying on-property — no need to run everything through the indoor kitchen for a simple cookout.
Event Use
A second service line during events — catering staff can work the outdoor kitchen and covered patio simultaneously with the indoor kitchen, instead of funneling everything through one space.
