Their Story

Greg and Judy Gebben are the heart and soul behind Turkey Toe. What started as a vision for a family retreat in the Wet Mountain Valley has grown into something far greater — a place where the spirit of the Old West lives on and new traditions are born.

Their commitment to family, community, and preserving Western heritage runs through everything at Turkey Toe. From the ranch's original structures to the gathering spaces where stories are shared, the Gebbens have created a legacy that will span generations.

Hear It From Greg

Devon sat down with Greg Gebben to capture the story of Turkey Toe straight from the man who built it.

Greg Gebben's Life Framework

The Full Life Perspective

Greg didn't just build Turkey Toe — he built a philosophy for how to live. The Full Life Perspective is a framework Greg created for living your whole life on purpose: business, family, faith, property, and health all mapped on one timeline, so nothing gets sacrificed without you choosing it.

Devon Tilly has run FLP on his office whiteboard for years. Now Greg is passing the stewardship of both Turkey Toe and the FLP framework to Devon as his son-in-law and the next chapter of this legacy.

The Full-Year Timeline

Every venture, every family commitment, every build project on one board — so you see your whole life at once.

The Whole Person

Prayer list. Grateful list. Rewards. FLP includes your spirit and gratitude — not just your calendar.

Life Tracks

Business, family, property, travel, and faith run in parallel — because life runs in parallel.

Turkey Toe is FLP in Physical Form

44 years of running FLP produced this ranch. Every structure, every tradition, every gathering is the output.

Greg Gebben's Western Library

One of Turkey Toe's most treasured features is Greg Gebben's curated Western library collection. Authentic Old West volumes, vintage ranch memorabilia, and classic cowboy literature fill the shelves throughout the structures and gathering spaces.

Every book tells a story. Every artifact carries history. The library creates an atmosphere where guests can immerse themselves in the rich heritage of the American West while relaxing after a round of Wanch golf.

Building a Legacy

Greg Gebben saw something special in the original back 9 acres of Colorado high country — not just beautiful land, but an opportunity to create something meaningful. In 2024, Devon and Sarah Tilly purchased the expanded grounds, growing Turkey Toe into the full retreat and golf course it is today.

Today, that vision is coming to life. With the help of the AOC Master Facilitators and a growing community of like-minded builders and dreamers, Turkey Toe is becoming everything Greg and Judy imagined — and more.
