The visionaries driving Turkey Toe into its next chapter — where construction innovation meets Western hospitality.

Devon Tilly is the host of The Art of Construction podcast — the show that sparked the partnerships and friendships now building Turkey Toe. What started as conversations about better ways to build has become a movement of master facilitators transforming how construction gets done.
Through Mountain View Window & Door, Devon has spent years connecting builders, innovators, and craftsmen across the industry. Turkey Toe is where all those connections come together — a living laboratory for offsite construction, modular building, and the future of the trade.
Sarah Tilly brings the warmth and hospitality that makes Turkey Toe more than just a ranch — it's a home. As co-host, she ensures every guest feels the spirit of Western welcome from the moment they arrive.
Together, Devon and Sarah are raising their family on the principles that define Turkey Toe: hard work, genuine connection, and having as much fun as possible along the way.

A Tradition Since 1984
The legendary weekend began in 1984 when Sarah Tilly (formerly Gebben) was 3 years old. Greg Gebben's close dad friends and kids started an official once-a-year trip with the same kids.
When Devon Tilly came into the fold, he was hooked! In 2016, when Eva Tilly — Devon and Sarah's daughter — was 1.5 years old, he couldn't wait any longer. Greg wanted to scale back the official celebration, so Devon took over.
Every year, a new picture goes up in the kitchen — a living record of the dads and kids \ who keep showing up. We were honored to hang the 40th picture in 2024, \ a milestone that reminded everyone just how rare something like this really is. \ The tradition rolls on.

The kitchen wall — every frame is a year. A new one goes up after every trip.
Started in 1984. Still going strong. Same crew, new memories every year — and a photo on the kitchen wall to prove it.
“Keep the wolves in the field and the women in your bed after having as much fun as possible on the links!”
