From Turkey Toe Documentarian to AOC Storytelling Partner
Angelo's work at Turkey Toe — drone surveys, progress photos, event coverage — is the proof of concept for a bigger idea: one dedicated partner who owns capture, editing, and delivery for every AOC Master Facilitated Project, on a set rhythm across Westcliffe, Denver, and Grand Junction.
The internal documentation work becomes the portfolio AOC uses to sell the same service to the contractors in its community — the Turkey Toe story literally becomes the pitch.
Status: the team is testing real work before locking in terms — brightening the September retreat aerial footage is the first deliverable. Files are moving from Angelo's Google Drive into a shared Turkey Toe / Angelo SharePoint folder as the official home going forward.
Behind the Scenes — Golf Course Capture
The golf course image on the Master Plan is an AI rendering built from Angelo's original drone photo — not a straight drone shot. Nearby airspace restrictions keep a drone from flying high enough to capture the full 18 holes in a single top-down pass, and Matterport (used for interiors) doesn't apply to an open course. Getting a true overhead course view within those airspace limits is an open item the team is still working through.
Recent Work — MVWD + ITS + Andersen Retreat
Sept 2026Drone and onsite coverage from the September retreat — proof of the capture style and quality that would extend across every AOC site under this partnership. Crystal confirmed the photos and video from this event landed well with the group.

Why This Matters for Turkey Toe
Turkey Toe is already Angelo's home base — a monthly build pass plus coverage of every event (golf, seasons, the Roost build-out, retreats). That consistency is what makes the rest of the AOC-wide model credible: the same cadence just needs to repeat at Denver Station and JXN Station.
The Matterport walls-open scans captured during Turkey Toe's build are especially valuable — they double as an as-built record and a warranty/service reference long after the project closes.
This page reflects the partnership Devon, Crystal, and Angelo discussed at their Oct 1, 2026 meet-and-greet. Pricing, scope, and the AOC-wide rollout are still being worked out — see the AOC Build Team section on the Master Plan for Angelo's current Turkey Toe role.
